Brill Parish Meeting 2025

Brill Parish Meeting

The Annual Parish Meeting for 2025 will be held on Monday April 28th in the Sports & Social Club.

The Meeting starts at 7pm and the Club bar will be open. After the group reports, Cllr Emi Slater (who has worked for five amazing years for the benefit of Brill Common) will talk about the recent National Lottery Heritage Fund grant and the role of the newly-appointed Wildlife & Community Ranger.

The Annual Parish Meeting is a unique chance for the whole community to celebrate the range of groups and activities in Brill - and for the Parish Council to get some idea of how best to support initiatives for the greatest benefit. As in previous years, we invite all clubs, groups, charities and organisations - large and small, formal and informal - to give a brief report of their activities in the past year.

(*The Parish Meeting is not to be confused with the Parish Council Annual Meeting - our AGM - which will be held during our May meeting.)

Submitting your report

There are three ways in which you can submit your report:

  • online, using the form below - PREFERRED!

  • paper copies distributed at the Parish Meeting - plus digital copy sent to us for the record

  • verbally at the Parish Meeting - plus digital copy sent to us for the record

Please try and attend the meeting, even if you submit your report in advance. This is particularly useful if you wish to receive financial support from the Parish Council. It’s also really interesting for everyone to put names to faces and ask and respond to questions.

Please note that all reports, including name and email address of a representative, will be made available to the public at the Parish Meeting and on this website.
